q: What are the condition of the items for Aryn’s Closet?

A: All items are either never worn or gently worn shoes my personal closet that are in great condition.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order From Aryn’s Closet?

A: It takes between 3-5 days to process the order and 3-5 business days for shipping and delivery. During Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, please expect up to 7 days for processing.
If you would like expedited shipping, please e-mail me.


A: No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please e-mail me if you would like additional item photos.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy for Aryn’s CLoset?


A: No, not at this time.

Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?


A: Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
All items are sent via United States Postal Service.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?


A: You can pay an extra fee to have your package expedited. Please e-mail me for rates.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

My goal is that all customers are completely satisfied with the product that they have purchased. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me at aryn.terry@gmail.com. I ask that the return shipping be paid for by the customer. 

If you have any issues with your order, please contact me so that we may accommodate your needs to the best of our ability! Customer satisfaction is my top priority. I will always try my hardest to resolve any issues that arise.

Damages: 

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order delivery with picture proof.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches and are 100% natural. They may have minor variations batch to batch (i.e. slight changes in color).

Please note that AIR IN is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or the like. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to AIR IN, nor do we assume responsibility for packages once they are processed into the post office's portal.
